• European airmail 'Signed for' £12.00

Higher priced items are dispatched using recorded delivery therefore someone will need to sign for the package or specify a safe place for the goods to be left when ordering. We are happy to deliver to your work or other chosen address given when placing your order.
Northern Island - Eire & Highlands & Islands As we like to send all higher priced items by signed for delivery, please email us for confirmation of the Postage & Packing cost before placing your order. Heavier items for delivery to the more distant parts of the U.K. do incur extra charges. Smaller items such as slippers & sandals are very often sent at our normal shipping costs.
Worldwide Deliveries -We can deliver almost anywhere in the world. If you do not get a postage option on the item you have selected, please email sales & we can advise you on the costs of postage.
Returns & Exchanges
You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You will be responsible for the cost of the return (unless the item is faulty or not as described) & the order should be returned to the address on the return slip.. If possible, please let us know by contacting us by email or phone quoting your order number prior to returning the item to us. Items bought as Christmas presents will be accepted back after Christmas if unworn and in original packaging.
We suggest you obtain a certificate of posting as Footwear Country can not be responsible for losses due to the postal service. You may want to look at using a parcel shop, rather than the post office to minimize the cost. No exchange, refund or credit note will be issued unless Proof of Postage can be provided should your parcel be lost in the post. Postage refunds will only be made when we are the cause of the return & this will be limited to normal or signed for post - we will not refund next day postage charges.
Any order returned should be unused, in its original condition with all tags attached and returned with its packaging (other than to the extent reasonably necessary to examine the item) & you will receive a full refund, an exchange or credit note depending on your choice.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items where these conditions have not been adhered to.
At Footwear Country we take care to ensure every item we dispatch is in perfect condition. However, if you feel the item you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate. Faulty worn products should be returned in a similar manner, so that we can inspect them to confirm a manufacturing fault, when we will issue a replacement, an alternative size or style or a full refund, as requested. This does not affect your statutory rights.
