Being a small business based in East devon we pride ourselves on our service and the number of customers who come back to us will tel you that we will try and help wherever possible. For a number of the brands, Josef Seibel, Rieker, Rohde, El Naturalista, Wolky, HBs, Merrell, Cabotswood, Irish Setterand Lundhags we have in our shop, we may be able to obtain alternative styles or sizes not shown on the site. Just contact us & see what we can do. We mainly stock the best in casual comfortable footwear and we are continually looking for additions to our ranges to provide you with more choice.

Shop Details
Our footwear is supplied to us in a variety of sizing patterns - English, continental and American, with some half sizes and fittings. When ordering, please state your English or continental size e.g. size 5 or 38. Where appropriate we do offer individual fitting guidance by style, where we know a product has specific fitting characteristics.
We offer some styles of Irish Setter Shooting Boots in two fitting options, which gives a perfect fit.

We accept all major credit cards processed through Paypal, for orders placed online. We can also accept them by phone for orders telephoned to our shop on 01297 34616 - for security reasons we are only able to ship to the cards holders address on orders placed through the shop (Shop opening times are below). Alternatively, you can send your order to us with a cheque made payable to Footwear Country to the shop address below. Please note that the cheque will not be cashed unless we have the appropriate stock available and it will be shipped only when the cheque has cleared. While we endeavour to maintain our sizes ranges on the site, and keep them as up to date as possible, there will be occasions when we are unable to supply an order and an immediate refund will be processed. If delivery is possible at a later date (within 2 to 4 weeks) we will contact you to see if this is acceptable, before processing a refund.
Should you wish to return unworn shoes or boots they should be returned within 28 days of purchase to the shop address listed with details of the date and method of purchase, and your full name and address. The cost of the return postage is to be paid by the customer, unless they are being returned as faulty or there is an error in their dispatch, when a refund of the return postage will be considered. All unworn returns should be sent back boxed and in perfect condition as sent out or a re-stocking charge of £4.00 will be deducted from the refund. Please obtain proof of posting when returning items. On receipt of the returned goods we will issue either a replacement, an alternative size or style or a full refund, as requested. No exchange, refund or credit note will be issued unless Proof of Postage can be provided should your parcel be lost in the post.
Faulty worn products should be returned in a similar manner, so that we can inspect them to confirm a manufacturing fault, when we will issue either a replacement, an alternative size or style or a full refund, as requested. This does not affect your statutory rights.
As a business we are committed to protecting your privacy. Any information that we request of you, is to enable us to complete your order and offer you the customer the best possible service. We will only use the information collected from you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will not collect sensitive information about you without your consent. We will not pass your details onto any other company.
Whilst we take every care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct at the time of publishing, specifications may alter. Colour reproduction is as accurate as the publishing process will allow. Please note that all offers are subject to availability.
