Whilst we endeavour to ensure all sizes are available in the shoes & boots shown and can be sent out by return for immediate delivery, there will be occasions when we are temporarily out of stock. You should allow up to fourteen days for delivery, however should the delivery date be more than 14 days, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date and confirm whether you still wish to continue with the purchase.
Postage & Packaging
We make no charge for postage & packaging on much of our stock. However do have to charge for some of the specialist boots due to the size, weight and cost to ourselves. In such instances this will be specified with the price. The following general rules apply:-
- Shoes & sandals & most fashion boots free of charge
- Slippers £3.50 due to low item cost.
- Hiking Boots & Riding boots £6 unless stated otherwise
- Shooting boots £10 unless stated otherwise
Shoes, sandals, slippers, hiking boots & riding boots are sent by royal mail 1st class or parcel post, and shooting boots are sent by 24 or 48 hour carrier.
Where two items or more are ordered then the charge is made ONLY on the highest cost shipping item, with all other items FREE OF CHARGE.

As we like to send all higher priced items by signed for delivery, please email us for confirmation of the Postage & Packing cost before placing your order. Heavier items for delivery to the more distant parts of the U.K. do incur extra charges. Smaller items such as slippers & sandals are very often sent at our normal shipping costs.
Should you wish to return unworn shoes or boots they should be returned within 28 days of purchase to the shop address listed with details of the date and method of purchase, and your full name and address. The cost of the return postage is to be paid by the customer, unless they are being returned as faulty or there is an error in their dispatch, when a refund of the return postage will be considered. All unworn returns should be sent back boxed and in perfect condition as sent out or a re-stocking charge of £4.00 may be deducted from the refund. Please obtain proof of posting when returning items. On receipt of the returned goods we will issue either a replacement, an alternative size or style or a full refund, as requested. No exchange, refund or credit note will issued unless Proof of Postage can be provided should your parcel be lost in the post. Postage refunds will only be made when we are the cause of the return & this will be limited to normal or signed for post - we will not refund next day postage charges.
Faulty worn products should be returned in a similar manner, so that we can inspect them to confirm a manufacturing fault, when we will issue either a replacement, an alternative size or style or a full refund, as requested. This does not affect your statutory rights. Postage refunds will only be made for normal or signed for post - we will not refund next day postage charges unless previously agreed.
